External Travelling Merchandiser Are you looking for a new and exciting career with a dynamic company who is seeking a confident professional to work the promotional stands at exhibitions and on client sites and work as a Travelling Merchandiser on a full-time permanent basis. Key Roles and Responsibilities Be able to demonstrate and inform customers of the features and benefits of our clients product range to a high standard. Arriving at customers depots in good time to set up the demonstration van. To arrange visits in conjunction with ASMs and BDMs Cleaning and generally keeping display stands in good working condition. Assembling display stands and POS, banners, and literature. Reboxing and packing stock on shelfs in store. Daily and weekly maintenance of the display van including checking the van for oil water and tyre pressures and tread levels, while keeping to proper service intervals. Dealing with Customer Queries in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure company policy of phone answering is maintained (maximum 3 rings). where possible if not doing presentations Daily and weekly planning of your diary electronically on your laptop/ iPad and sharing it with all sales staff. Monthly submission of expenses Daily records of customers contacted via the electronic sheet provided/CRM system. …
