Site labourer required for a short term contract in Redcliffe, Bristol £12.52 per hour PAYE 07:00-15:00, Monday-Friday Start ASAP, ongoing until 28th February 2025 Located in central Bristol BS1 About the role Assist with general building tasks such as demolition, excavation, and site preparation. Perform general maintenance to both building and grounds, including cleaning, waste management, and winter gritting. Support skilled tradespeople with their duties. Provide porterage and logistical support services. Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone, using Microsoft Office tools. Prepare and process site paperwork for attending engineers/operatives Ensure the worksite is clean and safe. Control site security and visitor/contractor access. Conduct daily site checks and log/action findings. The right candidate Comfortable undertaking Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks (paid for by Pertemps) Ability to undertake basic building maintenance, handy person, security, or janitorial duties.
