An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience to join and lead a residential property team. The Role: As a senior member of the team, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and new builds.
- Supervise and support junior staff within the team, providing mentoring and oversight.

- Work closely with leadership to help drive innovation and client satisfaction.
