The ideal candidate will take on a hands-on role managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency while supporting less experienced staff members. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently. Landlord and Tenant Liaison: Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve property maintenance issues and other queries promptly. Insurance Renewals: Handle the renewal process for landlord insurance policies.
