We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing sector. This full-time position is based in Avonmouth, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000.Hours:Mon – Thurs: 8:00 am to 4:00 pmFriday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pmMain Duties:Assist with employee lifecycles, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.General HR administration, such as processing personnel files, GDPR, and right-to-work documents.Monitor and review employee absences.Provide support and advice on all people-related matters, including performance, disciplinaries, and grievances.Coordinate training and support for all apprentices.Skills Required:Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, ideally within the manufacturing sector.Familiarity with HR processes and policies, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.Experience handling employee relations.What's in it for you?Salary: up to £30,000On-site parkingPension: 4% employee contribution, 4% company contribution25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHoliday buying schemeLife assuranceEnhanced maternity and sick payFunding for CIPD trainingIf you are interested in our HR Coordinator role, please click APPLY now!
