Property Manager Location: North Bristol Employment Type: Full-time £32,200 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our client, a well-established and friendly Lettings and Sales Agency based in North Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage your own tenancy portfolio in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:45 – 17:30 Some Saturdays (4 to 6 per year): 09:00 – 16:00 (with a full day off during the week for each Saturday worked) Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary up to £32,200 Company pension Business mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile Key Responsibilities: Tenancy Management: Ensuring inventories are in place and signed off by tenants, addressing any queries or maintenance issues raised during check-in. Coordinating gas safety, PAT testing, and ensuring all certificates are up-to-date and compliant. Contacting landlords and tenants to discuss tenancy renewals, including negotiating rent increases.
