Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join a leading facilities services provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to help maintain high standards of service across a busy site. Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective cleaning and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across both operational and non-operational areas Assist with traffic control during emergency situations, ensuring clear access for emergency response vehicles Provide trolley collection and recovery services where required Operate mechanical and electrical equipment safely and in line with training Manage the safe removal and disposal of waste from internal bins and offices, ensuring recycling procedures are followed Deliver professional passenger assistance to individuals requiring extra support Assist with moving furniture, equipment and office relocations as necessary Report any faults or defects with appliances, fittings, or the general environment to the Team Leader Maintain the safekeeping of keys issued for cleaning and maintenance tasks Support mailroom duties including sorting, delivering and franking of postAbout You: β Previous experience in a facilities or cleaning role is desirable β A proactive and flexible approach to tasks β Ability to work independently and as part of a team β Good communication skills and a commitment to customer service β Willingness to undertake any necessary training, especially around health & safety and equipment use Interested?
