An exciting opportunity has arisen for an on-site Co-ordinator role based in the Burton area. The role is to support with the on-site operation at our client site, which is part of an established National Contract providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of their industrial business.

As an On-site Co-ordinator your duties will include:

  • Manage day to day workers around bookings, pay, holiday, sickness, attendance etc., with our in-house CRM systems and Booking platforms.
  • Processing new starters and leavers on the system.
  • Updating the system trackers on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Managing & supporting the supervisor team.
  • Attending weekly and monthly client meetings.
  • Reporting directly to the Contract Manager.

An ideal Onsite Co-ordinator will hold the following skills:

  • Previous experience in Industrial / Contract recruitment.
  • The ability to manage candidates to fill client bookings.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and happy to work with groups of people.
  • Customer service skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Office software (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word).
