An exciting opportunity has arisen for an on-site Co-ordinator role based in the Burton area. The role is to support with the on-site operation at our client site. The client site is part of an established National Contract, providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of their industrial business.

As an On-site Co-ordinator your duties will include:

  • Manage day to day workers around bookings, pay, holiday, sickness, attendance etc, with our in-house CRM systems and Booking platforms.
  • Processing new starters and leavers on the system.
  • Updating the system trackers on daily and weekly basis.
  • Managing & supporting the supervisor team.
  • Attending weekly and monthly client meetings.
  • Reporting directly to the Contract Manager.

An ideal Onsite Co-ordinator will hold the following skills:

  • Previous experience in Industrial / Contract recruitment.
  • The ability to manage candidates to fill client bookings.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and happy to work with groups of people.
  • Customer service skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Office software (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word).
