If you’re a Project Manager who enjoys contract work with complexity, purpose, and seeing real-world impact from your work, this one is worth your attention.

The Role

  • Leading and motivating multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Managing project plans, budgets (up to £500k), risks and dependencies
  • Working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and outcomes

  • Ensuring smooth handover into live support environments
  • Communicating clearly at all levels, even when things get complex

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering structured projects from start to finish
  • Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or similar)
  • Confidence managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations
  • Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable leading change and influencing without authority
  • Healthcare or public sector experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Why Apply?

  • 3 month contract, Truro, but can offer Hybrid.
  • Work on meaningful projects with real impact
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation
  • Collaborative, professional project environment
  • Opportunity to manage complex, high-value programmes
