We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our client’s team in Stoke-on-Trent , supporting the smooth running of daily logistics. Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role: Provide administrative support to the transport team Input and manage data using transport management systems Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals Monitor and resolve delivery or dispatch issues Prepare and manage paperwork including manifests and delivery notes Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations Skills required for this Transport Administrator role: Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role (desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Details of this Transport Administrator role: Weekly pay at £13.14 per hour Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities Free on-site parking Friendly and supportive team environment Rotating shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm) Location: Stoke-on-Trent Please note that Pertemps will only contact applicants who have the relevant experience for the position.
