We are currently recruiting for Cleaner / Caretaker for our client in Plymouth, to help maintain their excellent standards across their properties and outdoor spaces. Pay rate is £12.97 per hour. Working Monday to Friday. We have part time and full time vacancies to fill on temporary contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out caretaking, cleaning, and grounds maintenance tasks across our properties.
- Supporting property clearances and helping to secure empty homes.
- Ensuring all areas are safe, tidy and compliant with health and safety best practice.
- Working closely with residents, neighbourhood housing teams and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Taking pride in creating safe, clean and welcoming spaces — and enjoying a role where no two days are the same.
About You
- Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning or grounds maintenance.
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety at Work requirements.
- The ability to work independently, staying flexible to meet service needs.
- Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in planning and prioritising your own workload.
- A friendly, helpful approach and a commitment to delivering great customer service every day.
