We are seeking a friendly, confident, and highly organised Administrator / Helpdesk Operator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, covering 5 January 2026 to 3 April 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication abilities and solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, to work in a professional, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact on a busy helpdesk
  • Managing incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing excellent client support and maintaining positive relationships
  • Using Excel and other IT systems confidently to manage information and record data
  • Supporting general office and administrative tasks as required
