On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager – Large Distribution Warehouse

Hours of work: 40 hours per week minimum, ranging between 0600-1800 in accordance with client demand

Rate of pay: £17.00 per hour

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our busy distribution centre in Atherstone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary on-site contact for recruitment, workforce management, and client liaison.
  • Liaison into the warehouse operations managers, ensuring daily fulfilment quotas are met.
  • Managing temporary labour planning, ensuring the right number of staff are in place to meet operational demands.
  • Building strong relationships with warehouse management teams to understand workforce requirements.
  • Leading candidate attraction, on-boarding, and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all employment and agency worker regulations.
  • Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders.
  • Coaching and developing a small on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs.

  • Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new CRMs, recruitment trackers, and shift allocation software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to operational demands in a 24/7 environment.
