We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives for one of our clients during their busy period, North Newton (EX20). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and can commit to the full assignment duration, with the possibility of ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Handling items typically between 7–12kg, with some items weighing up to 25kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following site processes and instructions
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Able to work Monday–Friday for the shift times listed
- Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.21
