This is a front-facing role where you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, helping to create a welcoming and smooth move-in experience during peak, high-energy periods.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming students and providing a friendly first impression
- Assisting with check-ins and general enquiries
- Helping students with luggage and directions
- Supporting the team with general tasks throughout the day
