My client is looking for confident communicators who are able to outbound call existing customers and offer upgrade services to end of contracts. You will be expected to convert these calls into sales using effective listening and questioning techniques, utilising the portfolio of deals available.
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - 09:30 to 18:30 / Friday 09:30 to 15:30
2 Weeks training is provided.
Commission is paid in addition to base salary.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Handling outgoing calls to customers who have previously purchased
- Explore customer needs and offer a suitable product
- Effectively questioning customers to highlight upselling opportunities
- Responsible for dialling out to customers
- Achieving and exceeding the range of sales KPI's set, such as sales volume, call conversion, additional products
