Our Client has an opportunity for a Part Time Call Centre Advisor. Working in a location in Leicester, you will be the first point of contact for the Customer dealing with their orders/requests. This is a great place to work, with the potential for the right candidate to progress to a Permanent position.
Job Role:
- Communicating with the Customer, receiving calls to the helpline and dealing with customers’ orders.
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
- Working within the Logistics and Transportation side of the business, liaising with customers and delivery drivers to ensure smooth, customer-oriented communication flow.
- Arranging solutions for any issues regarding delivery restrictions, access to property, etc.
- Referring complex matters when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent Customer Service Skills and be a great communicator.
- Call Centre Experience is a must.
- Great attention to detail.
- Must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 16:00 - 20:00 (may occasionally be required from 15:00)
