Are you looking for regular Monday to Friday HGV C+E Night work? A global drinks logistics provider based in the Normanton area is now seeking HGV C+E Drivers to join its expanding team, as the hospitality sector is back in full force. Full (paid) driving assessment and training are provided on site prior to commencement. The company specializes within the brewery industry and focuses on customer needs, providing logistics solutions of outstanding quality.

Pertemps is looking to recruit experienced drivers to work out of the Normanton site. As the HGV C+E Driver, your duties will include:

  • Trunking between depot and RDCs.
  • Adopting a safety-first approach to driving and ensuring loads are safely secured.
  • Pulling curtains back & bungees nets.
  • Completing daily driver check sheets & logbooks.

Start times can vary between 16:00 and 20:00.

To be a successful HGV C+E Driver, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • LGV C+E entitlement & valid CPC Card.
  • Held your licence for at least 2 years and be clear of DR, CD & IN endorsements for insurance purposes.
  • Max 6 points.

In return, the HGV C+E Driver will receive the following rates (with accrued holidays):

  • Paid breaks.
  • HGV Class C+E Monday to Friday nights £17.20/hr & £19.89/hr flat rates.
  • HGV Class C+E Sunday / Bank Holiday all hours £26.89/hr flat rate.
  • Weekly pay (through agency).

All driver pay rates are based on PAYE with accrued holidays. We also offer the umbrella payment scheme for higher rates without holiday payments. We can facilitate umbrella companies if preferred.
