We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join our client’s busy distribution site in Crewe for the festive period. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, cold environment, picking and moving goods safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.
Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing items ready for dispatch
- Working to performance and accuracy targets
- Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures
Qualifications
- PPT experience is preferred but not essential (you must be confident using a PPT truck)
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
- Ability to work in a chilled environment
- Good attention to detail and timekeeping
- Flexible and reliable – must be available for the full duration (9th–27th December)

- Pay Rate: £13.50PH + £250 completion bonus for attending all allocated shifts
- Induction Date: Thursday 5th December 2025 – attendance is mandatory.
- Location: Crewe, Cheshire
- Dates: 9th – 27th December 2025
- Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Shifts: 5 or 6 days out of 7 per week (must be flexible)
