We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team on a full time, permanent basis with a basic salary £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience plus bonus. This is a critical commercial support role that strengthens our revenue-generating activity and ensures every enquiry, proposal, and sales process runs with clarity, speed, and accuracy. You’ll be the engine behind the sales function - protecting conversion rates, keeping the CRM spotless, improving response times, and freeing up the sales team to focus on high-value selling. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Enquiry Management
- Be first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and shared inbox
- Ensure all enquiries are logged, acknowledged, and allocated within SLA
- Accurately input leads into Salesforce with zero leakage
- CRM & Pipeline Accuracy
- Maintain high-quality Salesforce data across contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports
- Support forecasting, audits, and closed-lost analysis
- Proposal & Sales Documentation
- Create polished, on-brand proposals using AI tools
- Prepare contracts, quotes, tenders, PQQs, and sales materials
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all documents
- Client Coordination & Scheduling
- Book discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Liaise with trainers on availability, fees, and logistics
- Support scheduling for open courses and in-house programmes
- Customer Experience & Account Support
- Log touchpoints and support account management activity
- Assist with renewals, upsells, accreditation set-up, and feedback campaigns
- Reporting, Improvement & Operations
- Produce regular reports on leads, pipeline health, and performance
- Spot inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Provide operational support linked to sales activity when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Essential:
- Experience in sales support, commercial admin, or customer coordination
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- High-speed, accurate data entry
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- You’ll also be:

What You’ll Get
- Salary: £26,000–£29,000 (DOE)
