Production Team Leader based in central Cheltenham, Permanent Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week, Salary: £31,075 per year, Holidays: 28 Days, Immediate start for the right person following successful interview process.
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a dedicated team in our clients fast-paced industrial division. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, hit performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction all while fostering a safe, hygienic work environment. You’ll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.
- Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Track and report on team performance.
- Basic HR matters.
