The Role
We are working with a well-established and supportive company who are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Keynsham. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will oversee all recruitment and onboarding activity across five branches, working closely with eight managers and acting as the main point of contact for all recruitment agencies. This role would suit someone with previous agency or internal recruitment experience who is now looking to move into an internal recruitment and onboarding position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all recruitment activity across six branches
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies for all live vacancies
- Ensure hiring managers are kept fully informed on candidate progress
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding of all new employees
- Assist with HR administration and employee inductions
- Arrange DBS checks and all required security clearances
- Support with fleet maintenance administration
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders
