We are working on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing automotive parts specialist supplying performance, styling, and upgrade solutions to customers across Europe. Operating under an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), the business offers a collaborative culture where employees are genuinely invested in long-term success.
This role would suit an experienced Parts Sales Advisor who enjoys a busy, customer-facing environment and is confident working within a sales-driven automotive setting.
Role Responsibilities- Processing parts orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
- Handling after-sales queries and working closely with the service department
- Preparing quotations and estimates when required
- Driving sales through proactive account management and new business development
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting stock checks and parts inventory control
- Maintaining regular contact with workshops, service advisors, and customers
- Making outbound calls to promote products and special offers
- Cold calling and telesales activity as a core part of the role
- Fluent English plus one additional language: Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales is essential
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle components
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Customer-focused with a relationship-driven approach
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willing to attend automotive events or client meetings as required
- Minimum 1 year in parts sales (preferred)
- Sales experience essential
