Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client based in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will run the Aylesbury site and lead daily operations.
Salary: £45,500 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonuses
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-1pm
Key Duties:
- Carrying out daily meetings with staff to ensure all works have been distributed to the workshops
- Overseeing all repair processes, ensuring timely completion, high quality and adherence to schedules
- Monitoring budgets, controlling material costs, driving sales, and ensuring profitability
- Managing, training and motivating all staff, carrying out quarterly meetings
- Maintaining high standards, ensuring health & safety, and meeting industry regulations

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and financial management
