Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Bidford-on-Avon for a part-time Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a supportive accounts team in a flexible, office-based role.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance function, assisting with bookkeeping and credit control duties while working closely with other departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers, including multi-currency transactions
- Bank and currency reconciliations
- Processing financial data and assisting with reporting
- Managing credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Handling customer and supplier account queries via phone and email
