Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of up to 30 pickers and packers across daily operations.
- Manage all day-to-day warehouse activity including planning, rostering, and resource allocation.
- Conduct return-to-work interviews, manage disciplinary procedures, and lead one-to-one meetings.
- Act as the go-to point for resolving operational and colleague issues, with confidence to handle difficult conversations.
- Drive productivity and performance in a time-critical, customer-focused environment.
- Ensure high standards of H&S, accuracy, and efficiency are met at all times.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or a comparable Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy logistics or distribution setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence to manage performance, including challenging conversations, where required.
