Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Temporary Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Birmingham About the Role We\’re looking for a confident and organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who\’s a whizz with Microsoft Office and enjoys creating efficient systems to keep everything running smoothly. You\’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining our Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint site to ensure all company risk assessments are properly stored, accessible, and up to date. Key Responsibilities Create and manage Microsoft Teams groups and channels for internal communication. Set up and maintain SharePoint sites to store and organise company risk assessments and related documentation. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily for document management and communication. Support the team with general administrative tasks. Assist in reviewing and updating basic risk assessments (training can be provided). What We\’re Looking For Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Confident in setting up and managing Teams chats and SharePoint folders. Basic understanding of risk assessments (or willingness to learn). Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
