Job Description Location: Milton Keynes / Northampton Salary: From £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance Contract: Permanent – 37 hours per week Field based with UK travel required Are you a hands‑on technician with a passion for ROV technology and site-based inspections? We\’re working with a well‑established manufacturer in the Midlands who supply specialist liquid storage solutions to a wide range of sectors across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an ROV Operator to join their team. This position will be primarily focused on operating and maintaining underwater ROVs to inspect and assess storage tanks nationwide, with additional elements involving drone work to support inspections, marketing, and team training. What You\’ll Be Doing Attending client sites across the UK to conduct comprehensive underwater ROV inspections and interventions. Compiling clear and detailed assessment reports (including video footage) within 48 hours of inspection. Offering technical recommendations on repairs or full tank replacements where required. Operating tank cleaning equipment to remove silt and foreign objects (e.g. gloves, debris). Supporting marketing initiatives, including using drones for aerial photography and the promotion of ROV inspections, cleaning, and refurbishment.
