Job Description
- Monitor and Orchestrate Supply Chain Activities: Supervise real-time supply chain operations through the Control Tower, ensuring exceptions are identified and resolved swiftly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver optimal performance, foster continuous improvement, and ensure consistent service levels.
- Exception Management: Anticipate disruptions, assess risks, and drive timely interventions using data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central point of communication between procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, and external partners to enable seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilise analytics tools and dashboards to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance supply chain agility, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Technology Utilisation: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Control Tower technologies, ensuring systems are used effectively and consistently.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in supply chain orchestration, exception management, or control tower environments.
