Job Description
- Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion.
- Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.
- Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.
What You Need:
