Management Accountant\\nĀ£35,000 – Ā£40,000 | 09:00 – 17:30Ā \\n\\nA privately owned organisation is seeking a Management Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, strengthen financial controls, and provide insight to support operational decision-making. The role is hands-on and suited to someone with strong month-end experience and a solid understanding of management accounting within a multi-activity environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\nMaintain accurate financial records across multiple business activities\\nProcess purchase and sales transactions, payments, and bank reconciliations\\nManage accounts payable and receivable processes\\nPrepare indirect tax returns and support statutory submissions\\nMaintain and reconcile the nominal ledger\\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities\\nAssist with year-end processes and external audit requirements\\nPrepare monthly management accounts and supporting analysis\\nProduce regular management reporting\\nEnsure revenue and costs are accurately recorded each period\\nPost journals and reconcile balance sheet accounts\\nPrepare detailed P&L and balance sheet supporting schedules\\nSupport process improvements within the finance function\\nProvide ad-hoc financial analysis as required\\nWork with stakeholders across the business to support cost control\\nMaintain debtor and supplier accounts\\nPerform sales ledger month-end routines, including statements and reconciliations\\nCash allocation and payment posting\\nUndertake additional finance and administrative tasks as requiredSkills & Experience\\n\\nProven experience in management accounting and month-end reporting\\nStrong nominal ledger and reconciliation experience\\nConfident user of Excel for financial analysis\\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail\\nAbility to manage workload independently and meet deadlines\\nClear communicator, comfortable working with non-finance stakeholdersPersonal Attributes\\n\\nMethodical and analytical approach\\nProactive and solutions-focused\\nOrganised and adaptableQualifications (Desirable)\\n\\nAAT qualified or studying towards CIMA / ACCA\\nQualified by experience candidates also consideredWorking Arrangements & Benefits\\n\\nUse of onsite gym\\nSecure onsite parking\\nLife insurance\\nEmployee Assistance Programme
