Pertemps is recruiting for one of our clients for an MIS analyst for a Logistics company to be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting operational data related to logistics activities such as inventory, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment. The role ensures accurate and timely management information to support decision‑making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on logistics KPIs
- Track and analyse: Order fulfilment & OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full), Inventory accuracy, ageing, and stock movement, Inbound and outbound shipments, Transport costs and utilisation
- Maintain dashboards using Excel / BI tools for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and planning teams to collect real‑time operational data
- Monitor adherence to SLAs, turnaround time (TAT), and service levels
- Identify variances, root causes, and report exceptions
- Work on WMS (DLx, ProSku, AX) for data extraction and validation
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
- Support system improvements, automation, and process optimisation initiatives
- Analyse trends in logistics performance and costs
- Provide insights to improve: Delivery performance, Inventory optimisation, Warehouse productivity
- Support leadership with ad‑hoc reports and presentations
- Maintain MIS documentation, SOPs, and reporting standards
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity

Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Working knowledge of: ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / similar), WMS / TMS
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Logistics & Supply Chain processes
