Job Description

Lettings Assistant £26,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

Pertemps is urgently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Lettings Assistant to join their busy and dynamic property team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in lettings or property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating property maintenance issues
  • Processing rent increases and chasing rent arrears
  • Reviewing and actioning property inspection reports
  • Sourcing and liaising with new contractors
  • Managing and tracking keys for contractor use
  • Handling deposit refunds and dispute resolution
  • Preparing and issuing tenancy notices, including Section 21
  • Responding to phone calls and general tenant/landlord enquiries
