Pertemps are currently recruiting for an LGV CE driver to work for our client based in the Atherstone area of Warwickshire. A varied role with collection of industrial equipment on the low loader where you will self load, across generally a 50 mile radius but distance work may be involved and the very occasional night out. Working week will be Monday to Friday averaging a 45-55 hour working week. Ongoing role with an opportunity after 12 weeks for a permanent role based on a successful probation period.
The job will involve collections and deliveries of industrial equipment across the greater midlands area but can be further afield, no handball will be involved. The work will be ongoing leading to a temp to perm for the right candidate.
LGV CE Driver hours of work:
- Start time will be AM between 05:00 - 07:00hrs
- Generally greater midlands collection and delivery but there may be some distance
- 45-55hr working week
LGV CE Driver Rates of Pay:
- £18.00 per hour (PAYE) Monday to Friday
- Minimum 8 hours paid
Requirements for the role:
- LGV CE Driver licence held for AT LEAST 2 years
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph
- 2 years experience
- Experience operating a low loader trailer
- Previous experience operating a FLT Counterbalance but a valid licence is not essential.
