Are you an experienced HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
- Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
- Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
- Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
- Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
- Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
- In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
