We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure.
What you’ll do:
- Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
- Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
- Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
- Schedule additional services as needed
- Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary
What we’re looking for:
- Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
- Strong admin skills and PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential
