Management Accounts Executive An Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Finance Team Location: Preston, UK | Contract Type: Permanent We are working on behalf of a prestigious organisation to recruit a Management Accounts Executive to join their Internal Finance Function (NFO) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial processes, contribute to its growth, and mentor junior team members in a varied and challenging role. About the Role As a Management Accounts Executive, you’ll take on diverse responsibilities, including: Preparing monthly management accounts journals. Managing firm-wide overheads, core function reporting, and balance sheet reporting, including reconciliations for accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and more. Supporting key projects, such as Project Acorn, by delivering meaningful management insights. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards through risk management and process documentation. Coaching and developing junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.This role offers excellent professional development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a thriving finance team. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
