We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with at least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing to join our well-established and friendly team in Harborne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, conducting searches, and liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with current legislation
- Providing exceptional client service and regular updates throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
