We are looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure. If you are great at listening, asking the right questions, and providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
- Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
- Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
- Schedule additional services as needed
- Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Strong admin skills and PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential
