Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading Manufacturing business based in Ryde, Isle of Wight. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to lead the manufacturing team and create an excellent team dynamic.

Responsibilities as a Production Manager:

  • Manage workload for production staff
  • Ensure targets are met and monitor performance
  • Resolve first line H&S and HR issues
  • Upskill and train staff
  • Ensure production quality is to a high standard
  • Ensure production is working in line with ISO standards
  • Motivate and inspire the team

Requirements:

  • Previous production experience
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and H&S standards
  • Hands-on approach

The Role:

  • Negotiable salary depending on experience
  • 24 days plus bank holidays
  • 8am - 4.45pm with a 2.45pm finish on a Friday
