Part- time Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is working 27-30 hours per week across 5 days. Administrator Responsibilities: – Provide crucial administrative support to the Product Manager – Complete and manage internal and customer facing documentation with accuracy – Update and maintain data on customer stock management reports – Inputting data using SAP system – Report, monitor and log customer complaints and product reviews – Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gain artwork approvals – Document, log and organise product samples for customers – Support the team with pre production samples and mock ups – General adhoc administrative duties Product Administrator Requirments: – Previous administration experience – Strong Microsoft Excel skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – High level of accuracy – Own transport due to rural location Product Administrator Package: – Monday to Friday – Hours can be flexible – £26,000 full time equivalent – 23 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years of service) – Up to 6% bonus (eligible after 12 months service) – Generous pension contribution If you are interested in this Product Administrator position; please apply with an up to date CV or call Jemma at Pertemps
