Customer Sales Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor for a leading storage company in Millbrook, Southampton. This is a Permanent position. Responsibility as a Customer Sales Advisor: – Deal effectively with sales enquires from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers – Maximise every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its target – Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures – Maintain a clean and tidy store. – Will be required to lone work. In instances of lone working or in the Store Manager and Supervisors absence take key holder responsibility. – Will be required to carry our forklifting from time to time – training is provided – Ensure that the store \’bad debt\’ is kept to a minimum. Implementing procedures – and controls to recover any bad debt – Ad hoc duties Requirements as a Customer Sales Advisor: – A good level of written and verbal communication skills – Ability to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills when – communicating with customers – Comfortable working in a small team environment and adapt to lone working – Highly organised The Role: – Working hours are Monday until Friday 7:30am until 16:00 OR 9:30am until 18:00 – Weekend are included but will be on a rota basis – Permanent role – Fantastic team environment – Opportunity for career development and progression opportunities – £26,265 per annum If you are interested in this Customer Sales Advisor position, please apply below or get in touch with Amy at Pertemps
