Technical Sales Rep

Technical Sales Representative – Oxfordshire Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Rep for our in the Machinery industry based in Oxfordshire. Salary: £35,000 -£40,000 (DOE) + Comms Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:00pm & Fri 8:30-4:00pm The successful candidate will be responsible in assisting the Sales & Technical Manager in developing both new and existing customer accounts across the business. The role will require nationwide travel, starting in a geographical area. When not travelling, a presence in the office will be expected. Duties: – Preparing and delivering sales and technical presentations and demonstrations of the client\’s products and services – Aiding and advice to our sales team. – Generating sales leads, negotiating prices, and completing sales. – Assisting customers with installation queries and product issues. – Achieving individual sales quotas and team sales goals. Requirements: – NVQ level qualification in engineering and / or welding & fabrication is desired, – Proven experience in technical sales and customer account management – Full UK clean driving license – Knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Office programs – Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on increasing sales revenue – Willingness to travel – the role is UK based with most travel being domestic but may, from time to time, require some international commitments Benefits: – Commission – Car Allowance – Excellent career progression opportunities – Company Car Scheme If you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps
