Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client manufacturing client based in Aylesbury. We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Representative to join the client's growing business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey: identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Comms

Hours: 8 am-5 pm

Duties:

  • Be the main point of contact for existing customers, delivering proactive support and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Handle client enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers via phone and email.
  • Follow up on leads and build a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accurate handover to production/logistics.
  • Coordinate directly with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer communication.
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits and applications of our solutions tailored to customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in telephone-based sales and client relationship management.
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel).
