Part-time Accounts Assistant position available in Buckinghamshire.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (25 hours)
Salary: £16-£18 per hour (DOE)
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, sales daybook and purchases daybook, accurately and efficiently
- Perform monthly reconciliation of cash/card transactions and supplier statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management packs by analyzing data
- Maintain organised records of transactions, invoices and receipts
- Support the accounts in processing payments and managing accounts receivable
- Respond to client emails
