Data Analyst Manager – Milton Keynes\\n\\nPertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst Manager for our FMCG client based in Milton Keynes.\\n\\nAs a data analyst your role will include collecting leaning, and analyzing data from various sources to extract meaningful insights and trends that support informed business decisions.\\n\\nHours: 9am-5pm\\n\\nSalary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\n• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture\\n• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.\\n• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.\\n• Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver insights, and maintain strong relationships.\\n• Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards\\n• Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and transformation.
