Call Centre Administrator – From June 2025 – September 2025\\n\\nPertemps is currently recruiting multiple candidates for a temporary summer assignment as a Call Centre Administrator based in Northampton.\\n\\nHours: 8:30-5 pm (37 hours a week)\\n\\nContract: Temp from June – September\\n\\nHourly rate: £12.21\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\n- Efficiently and professionally handle full and part-time course applications and general student enquires.\\n- Lead course groups through the online enrolment process.\\n- Identify, chase, and escalate non-completions.\\n- Assist with interviewing and enrolling students.\\n- Support with transport and accommodation for new students\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n- Excellent communication and customer service skills\\n- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages\\n- Availability for early evening and weekend work\\n- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements\\n\\nIf you would be interested in this role, please apply or call Pertemps
