Pertemps is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant for our client based in Bedford.
Hourly rate: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour
Contract: temporary ongoing
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Duties:
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- To monitor and manage the Executive Director’s email inbox and action/respond to routine requests.
- To provide full support in dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required.
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Executive Director by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings and liaising with all those required both internally and externally.
- To manage the completion and submission of the Executive Director’s expenses on their behalf.
- To arrange monthly one-to-ones and annual appraisals for the Executive Director with their direct reports.
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant providing a full range of diary management, admin and secretarial skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
