Administrator – Aylesbury Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin to join our client based in Aylesbury. Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) Office & Hybrid options available Hours: 9 am-5 pm Duties: – Managing incoming telephone calls and emails from clients and responding accordingly – Processing of certifications and filling correctly – Managing existing clients to guarantee repeat business – Processing of orders and quotations – Processing invoices – Ordering equipment and materials – Managing transport Requirements: – Experience in a customer-facing role – Excellent communication skills – Proficient in Microsoft packages If you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps
